Sometimes, it helps to have a space that’s just for you. Individual therapy offers one-to-one time to explore what’s going on in your inner world—with focus, care, and attention to what matters most to you. It can be especially supportive if you’re looking for a quieter space, prefer personal conversation, or want to work toward specific goals at your own pace. This is your time, shaped around you.
How therapy can help
Therapy creates a safe and confidential space to work through life challenges, where that's unexpected life changes, anxiety or depression. It's a space to feel supported and discover ways forward.

Life Changes
Life doesn’t always move in straight lines. Change—whether chosen or unexpected—can bring uncertainty, loss of balance, or a sense of not recognising your own life for a while. Therapy offers a steady, thoughtful space to pause and adjust, without needing to rush toward answers.

Emotional Regulation
Many of us were never taught how to feel, name, or safely express what’s happening inside. Over time, this can make emotions feel confusing or overwhelming. Therapy offers a place to reconnect with your emotional world—with understanding, curiosity, and care.

Anxiety
Anxiety is something many people live with, often quietly. It can show up as tension, restlessness, overthinking, or a sense that something isn’t quite right. In therapy, we take time to gently understand how it affects you, and to find ways of relating to it with more kindness and ease.

Low Mood & Depression
There are times when life can feel heavy, distant, or dim—when even everyday things feel hard to face. Depression can look different for everyone. In therapy, we can begin to explore those feelings together, at your pace, and move toward what might bring lightness, connection, or simply relief.

Stress
Stress is a natural part of being human. It tells us something important—but when it builds up, it can be exhausting. Together, we can look at what’s weighing on you, and explore new ways to respond that feel more balanced, supportive, and manageable in daily life.

Trauma
Some experiences stay with us long after they’ve passed. If you’ve lived through harm, neglect, or emotional pain, you may carry those moments in ways that feel hard to name. You don’t have to face it alone. Therapy can offer a space for safety, repair, and beginning to feel more whole again.
